Part of our registration is to complete compliance before any agency worker is deployed to work.

We give all our applicants the strongest chance of success, by introducing them to our live opportunities.

Once a suitable opportunity has been highlighted, we essentially prepare you to be fully work ready. We will help prepare the candidate with interview preparation

Assign a 1 to 1 Consultant – Our dedicated consultant are specialists in engagement with clients, who have all delivered results. We believe engagement is key for progress when being put forward to an opportunity, hence it will be the consultants priority to maintain contact and attract individuals to promote, motivate, and guide them throughout the whole journey.

Engage – Thereafter the Consultant will engage the individual across various means including social media, and constant contact as well as thorough Interview and meetings, to update the individual. The consultant would then arrange Step 2 whilst getting ongoing commitment to future steps within the programme 

Identify – The consultants purpose is to identify if there is anything stopping a person to gain an opportunity to work in their desired field, this will be done in a 1:1 consultation between the Consultant and the jobseeker.

Retention – This is achieved by delivering above and beyond for both candidate and client. The candidate receiving the best opportunity while providing the best talent on the market for clients
